Complaints and Compliments

We know that sometimes you want to share how you feel about our agency with us.


It might be that you want to thank someone for putting in that extra time and effort. We also know that sometimes not everything goes exactly as we would like it to. We want to hear from you so that we can put it right, or learn from your experiences.

We ask for your feedback as part of your Annual review, and all the children that live in your home also have the opportunity to share their feelings at this point. But you don't need to wait until then if it is something important to you.
