And that is part of what makes us different. At a time that lots of independent agencies are a part of big companies, we have for the past 24 years retained our independence, our integrity and our commitment to you and your family.

With a shared vision of getting the best for the children we care for.

Welcome to The Homefinding & Fostering Agency

Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

We are following Government advice very carefully.  So our support groups and face to face training  have been postponed.

Apart from that, it’s very much ‘business as usual’ for us! Our existing families are still doing an incredible job and we are still recruiting.

We will be delighted to hear from you. We still need families at what is, for many, a very challenging time.

We can answer your questions and talk about what becoming a foster carer with us would mean to you.

So please call 01622 765646 to find out more about becoming a foster carer with Homefinding and fostering.

The Homefinding & Fostering Agency was set up in 1996 by an experienced foster carer, and over  twenty years later is still run by the original team.

We offer a safe and nurturing placements to some of our society’s most vulnerable children.

The best group of people …I had a wonderful life and by being guided in the right direction I made something of my life and got a wonderful little family of my own.

We deliver an outstanding service, creatively and consistently strengthening families and being part of that amazing journey helping every child reach their potential.

The carers offer a safe environment, prioritising C's well being. Homefinding offer great support to the carers working for them. I am able to delegate responsibilities in relation to contact, good communications. good reports. excellent multi-agency work.

Tower Hamlets 2018

The LA is receiving an excellent service from the agency for example; the supervising social worker is always prompt to respond to messages and attends all meetings with regards to the children. The agency also facilitates the children's contact with their parents, providing transport and contact supervisors for all contacts. I would like to share my appreciation to the agency on behalf of the LA. Thank you so much..

Tower Hamlets 2019

J and A are brilliant carers. I can not fault them.  They give the children excellent learning opportunities and support their education well...in creative ways so that they respond to learning opportunities.  they are completely in tune with the boys' needs.

Thurrock 2019

The supervising Social Worker was very proactive also in highlight the needs of the YP and offering support to the carers during difficult times.  The SSW also offered the YP support directly many times as a relationship was built.

The SSW was able to and always willing to work jointly with the LA to support the placement and child's needs.
